Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. What the service does
College Soccer Reach helps soccer players contact college coaches about recruiting. You build a player profile, browse our directory of publicly listed coach contact information, generate personalized email drafts, review and approve them, and send them from your own Gmail account through a connection you authorize. We provide the tools; you are the sender of every email.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be involved in your account and give consent before you send email.
- You represent that all registration information you provide is accurate.
3. Your responsibilities
- You send the emails. Every recruiting email goes out from your Gmail account, under your name. You are responsible for their content.
- CAN-SPAM compliance. Every email includes your mailing address and an unsubscribe link, as required by federal law. Do not remove or obscure these.
- No spam. Do not use the service to send bulk unsolicited email beyond good-faith recruiting outreach. We enforce daily send limits and may suspend accounts for abuse.
- Keep your password confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free-tier limits are described on the pricing page and enforced in the product.
5. Coach directory
Coach contact information is collected from publicly available athletic department directories. If you are a coach and would like your information removed or corrected, contact us.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee recruiting outcomes, coach responses, or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
